Welcome to my wiki-style home page and (hopefully) a model page from the sysadmin.
My Take on the Wiki
Using the wiki (quick-web), I should be able to get more content out with less effort. Here are the pages I have written/contributed to for the benefit of the scientific community at large so far...
- Wikipedia Edits
- Many of the pages in our own Linux Primer for Computational Science
- ASCII Art
- What you can do about the banking crisis of 2008.
- Almost Comprehensive ThinkPad T42 Installation Notes
The Story of a Student
After completing an undergraduate degree at the University of Cincinnati, I decided to sign on for another four years. Living on a steady diet of silicon wafers and electricity, my work at the Beck lab is finally beginning to yield some progress. This, in turn, has spawned a whole host of questions I don't feel sufficiently qualified to answer and prompted further study. One would hope that this process would eventually reach a conclusion. However, since it is impossible to know everything in this life I suppose we will all have to remain students for now.
